November Lunch

THIS IS A CHANGE TO THE ORIGINAL VENUE

Bonjour Ladies

We are delighted to invite you to the next lunch, which will be at:

 Le Commerce in Estang on
 Tuesday 13th November

We hope that you can join us as this very popular venue.  Please can you complete the emailed form to register your interest or to let us know if you are unable to attend.

Please note that this is a change from the recently advertised venue as we have had problems obtaining a satisfactory menu (and still don't have one).  Therefore, we asked Le Commerce at Estang to help us out and they have agreed to the following menu at very short notice, .  We are very grateful to them for helping us out at such short notice,  even though they are holiday the week before our lunch. 

The menu is as follows:

Tourte aux epinards et Fromage de Chevere 
(spinach and goat's cheese torte)

Roti de veau, haricots blancs 
(roast veal with white beans)

ou

Pave de Saumon 
(salmon)

Soupe de poires, glace vanilla et Chantilly 

(Pear soup with vanilla ice cream and Chantilly cream)

The cost is €18 including wine (without tea or coffee)

The deadline for booking is Sunday 4th November and I will be giving final, definitive numbers on Friday 9th November.  As usual I will send out the list of everyone who has booked before the 4th November.  Sorry for the short timelines - they are because of the circumstances as explained above.

Details of booking

• The deadline for booking is Sunday 4th November. 
• There is unlikely to be a cap on numbers - but it is helpful if you can book early so that I can discuss numbers if there are a lot of people interested
• If you miss the deadline, we should be able to add a few extra people when I give the definitive numbers on Friday 9th November. 
• You are likely to be charged if you cancel after the 9th November and will definitely be charged if you cancel on or after Sunday 11th November
• Please reply to the email address at the bottom of this message if you are having problems with the form or feel that it may not have worked.  I will add your details manually.
• The cost is €18, which includes wine but does not include tea or coffee
• I will send a list of attendees before the deadline on 4th November
• Please bring your cheque for €18 made payable to Ladies Lunch Club de l'Armagnac or cash in an envelope with your name on it.  Your help with this is much appreciated as it helps to speed up the booking process

The next LLC lunch will be Tuesday 11th December at Le Pigeonneau, Riscle.  This will be our special Christmas lunch
