Dear Ladies,

Our 2017 Ladies Lunch Club de l'Armagnac 

Annual General Meeting 

will take place in the Salle de Fetes, 32110 Cravenceres on Tuesday 14th February.  
Coffee and biscuits will be offered from 10.45 am and the Meeting will start promptly at 11.00 a.m.

An Agenda for the Meeting is available. Minutes of the 2016 AGM were sent out to all Members at the end of February 2016.  
Copies will be circulated on the day, but if you would like a copy e-mailed to you please contactlunchclubgascogne@gmail.com.  
We will ask for your approval on the day by a show of hands of those present.

Election of new Committee: As already notified. 
If you are unable to attend but have something to offer please e-mail  the Committee at the above address.

The Meeting will be followed by our normal monthly Lunch which, this month is being prepared and served by two of our Members.  
For those attending both the AGM and the lunch there is a special subsidised price of €14.  
For those attending the lunch only, the price will be the usual €17.  
A Booking Form has been sent out. 
If you have difficulties in submitting the form please send an email giving your choices to lunchclubgascogne@gmail.com

The deadline for subscriptions is the end of February (unless you have made a prior  arrangement). After this we regret your name will be deleted from our list.

Membership forms will be sent out shortly and we would be grateful if you will complete this a.s.a.p. so that we can ensure our Membership is kept up to date.

Forms will also be available at the January Lunch and you can pay then. However it would be appreciated if you could put this in a separate envelope with your name on.

Hello Ladies,

Our December lunch 2016 will take place on

Tuesday 13th at 

Le Pigeonneau Restaurant in Riscle

12.00 noon for 12.30 pm

and we invite you to make your reservation as soon as possible.

As 48 is the maximum number the restaurant can take, priority will be given to members.

Should you wish to bring a guest would you please advise us separately, and if any places remain after the closing date we will contact you.  

As this is the last lunch before Christmas,  instead of the usual Raffle, we have decided to have a Lucky Dip  so that everyone will go home with a present!

We therefore ask those attending to bring along a small gift, suitably wrapped.
(Something you have made yourself,  an unwanted gift, or something you have bought at a cost of no more than €5). These will be put into a sack for everyone to pick a present at the end of the meal.

LLC Garden group workshop to make Christmas decorations.

Dear members of the Gardengroup,

The festive season is almost here!

Our December meeting will take place on

Thursday 1st December

At 14h30

Melloney Parks has kindly agreed to host a workshop at her house in Termes d'Armagnac to make Christmas decorations. 


Melloney will demonstrate and is able to supply conifer, bay and twigs to spray. She will let us know in due course what we will need to bring with us.
