Coffee and biscuits will be offered from 10.45 am and the Meeting will start promptly at 11.00 a.m.
An Agenda for the Meeting is available. Minutes of the 2016 AGM were sent out to all Members at the end of February 2016.
Copies will be circulated on the day, but if you would like a copy e-mailed to you please email@example.com.
We will ask for your approval on the day by a show of hands of those present.

The Meeting will be followed by our normal monthly Lunch which, this month is being prepared and served by two of our Members.
For those attending both the AGM and the lunch there is a special subsidised price of €14.
For those attending the lunch only, the price will be the usual €17.

Can we take this opportunity to remind those who have not already sent in their
Membership Renewal Form that they can bring it along, together with the fee (cash or cheque made payable to Ladies Lunch Club de l’Armagnac) on the 14th February 2017.
The deadline for subscriptions is the end of February (unless you have made a prior arrangement). After this we regret your name will be deleted from our list.
