LLC Bookclub - What's next?
August 2015 Book Club meeting is on
Thursday August 20th 2015
we will be back at Pam’s in the Garden celebrating.
Please bring a few snacks to accompany our tea or champagne and we will meet a bit later at 4.00 pm
We’ll be talking about what we’ve been reading etc.
We had a really interesting meeting on
Thursday 16th July, discussing the Classic books we had chosen.
was a great theme and of
the Classics chosen they all seemed to have similar messages. I have

Cathie: Good Morning Midnight, Jean Rhys
Wendy: Tender is the Night, F. Scott Fitzgerald
For September meeting on the Thursday 18th
we have chosen to read
Love, Loss & The Lives of Women, a collection of short stories edited by Victoria Hislop.
Either read them all or just select a couple and we can discuss.
October 16th we have selected the theme:
FOOD!
Anything related to food, chefs, restaurants etc.
