Walking Activities - 

TBA - Re-walk - Castelnau d'Auvignon (nr la Romieu) 


Castelnau d'Auvignon is a pretty hilltop village which was rebuilt after the second World War and has a very prominent War Memorial commemorating the heroes of the Resistance.  The first walk is a moderate circular 6 kms; walking some of the Compostello route to the pretty Chapel of Ste Germaine and out into the Gers countryside with good panoramic views.  The second part continues on for another 8 kms around the smaller village of Aurens before returning to Castelnau.
