Dear Ladies
I need to
send this invitation out now for the October lunch. I apologize that it is sent out before the September lunch, but this is necessary to give you time to
respond and because we have to give restaurant numbers 10 days before the lunch. We
have had a very good, high quality meal at the Continental before and hope that
you find the menu that we have selected interesting and of a similar standard.
Details of
the lunch
The lunch
will take place at 12:00 on Tuesday 9th October at Le Continental in
Condom. We hope that you can join us at
this venue, which in the north of the Gers.
Please can you complete the form in your email to register your interest (or to
let us know if you are unable to attend).
Please book
early to ensure that we reserve sufficient place for everyone. It is unlikely that there will be a cap on numbers for this venue. The deadline for bookings is Monday 24th
September. As usual, I will send the list
of attendees before the closing date.
The cost of
the meal is €20, which includes wine and coffee. Because this is at the top of our range, we
will also include a raffle ticket to make this an all inclusive price. We look forward to welcoming you from 12:00.

booking
- The deadline for booking is Monday 25th September. We don’t believe there will be a cap on the numbers. Please book early using the booking form to express your choice of main course.
- If you miss this deadline, I will see if the restaurant can accommodate a few extra people.
- Please reply using email lunchclubgascogne@gmail.com if you are having any problems with the form or feel that it may not have worked. You should see a notification at the end of the process. If you do email, please let me know your choice of main course.
- Please feel free to also use this form to send your apologies (and let us know if you have a problem with this venue / location)

- Please bring your cheque for €20 made payable to Ladies Lunch Club de l’Armaganc” or cash in an envelope with your name on it. Your help with this is much appreciated as it helps to speed up the booking in process.
