Come along and meet one of our favourite chefs at our 

April 11th lunch 12h

at the 

Auberge La Baquère.

Gastronomic yes, but Thibault is also curious, which led him, after his hotel studies, to emigrate, discover and practice in England, the United States, Luxembourg and Switzerland.

However, it is at Preneron near Vic-Fezensac, where Thibault took up the challenge at this Auberge; steeped in history. La Baquère is a gascon word meaning savoir-vivre and conviviality.
For almost 15 years he has delighted his clients with an inventive cuisine, where he mixes the influence of his experiences with the riches of the Gers region.

Bouchee a la reine aux feves et girolles / 

Vol au vents with broad beans and girolles mushrooms

Dos de merlu poche sauce au vin blanc et combawa/ 

Hake with a white wine and Madagascan spiced sauce

or

Jambon roti au miel et oranges/

Honey and orange roasted ham

----

Moelleux aux prunneaux et armagnac

----

The booking deadline is the 3 April.

Please note that you may be charged if you cancel within 72 hours of the lunch.

We shall start booking in at 12:00 to be ready for 12:30. 

Please remember to bring your 17 euros in an envelope, 

and if you haven't paid your 2017 subs then please bring an additional 10 euros.
